Councillors

Councillor delegates and alternates are appointed annually by their council.

Officers

Officer delegates have expertise in environmental, engineering and recreational management. Officers provide support to councillor delegates and participate on the ABM Technical Officers Group.

State Government

A number of delegates from State Government departments and agencies participate in General Meetings as observers, including representatives from the Central Coastal Board, the Department of Sustainability and Environment, Environment Protection Authority of Victoria and Parks Victoria.
